If you need to book or a larger group, message me on Whatsapp. We begin this 4-hour experience with a visit to the charming fishing village of Câmara de Lobos, known for its colorful scenery, traditional boats, and authentic local vibe. From there, we follow narrow, picturesque roads through Estreito de Câmara de Lobos, one of the island’s most iconic farming areas. We ascend to the heart of the parish, stopping to admire fantastic views of the cultivated terraced slopes. Here, I’ll share details about the typical local produce and farming techniques, drawing from hands-on experience and local knowledge — a relaxed yet informative explanation. We then visit a typical bar for a break with a drink or snack of your choice, in a cozy and genuine setting. After the break, we continue to Boca dos Namorados, a viewpoint offering breathtaking views over Curral das Freiras. At this spot, I’ll tell you the story of the village and this special viewpoint, along with curiosities about the local farming culture, which I know well. The trip continues along beautiful local roads towards Pico do Jardim da Serra, where we enter a short, safe off-road section leading to the Cabo Girão viewpoint. With its famous glass platform suspended over 580 meters high, it offers one of Madeira’s most impressive views. Next, we stop for lunch at a traditional restaurant (chosen based on the group’s preferences or the guide’s suggestion). + To wrap up the day in style, we visit the Henriques & Henriques winery in Câmara de Lobos for a Madeira wine tasting. During the visit, I’ll share curiosities about the wine, grape production, and traditional processes, based on personal experience and deep knowledge of the wine region. After this journey through Madeira’s flavors and landscapes, we’ll head back calmly to your accommodation.
