Safarico operates a tour booking platform through this website, allowing visitors to submit booking requests for guided tours in Madeira, Portugal. By using this website and submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking Process

Submitting a booking request through our website does not constitute a confirmed reservation. The booking process works as follows:

1. You submit a booking request with your preferred tour, date, time, group size, and contact details.
2. Safarico receives your request and reviews availability for your chosen date and tour.
3. We contact you directly (via email, phone, or WhatsApp) to confirm or propose alternative arrangements.
4. Your booking is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation from Safarico.

No payment is taken at the time of the booking request. Payment terms and methods will be communicated during the confirmation process.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are estimates and may vary depending on the specific tour, group size, and any additional services requested. The final price will be confirmed before your booking is finalized. All prices are in Euros (EUR).

4. Cancellation and Changes

If you need to cancel or modify a confirmed booking, please contact us as soon as possible at safaricobook@gmail.com or by phone at +351 939 489 023.

Safarico reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participation. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of any amounts already paid.

5. Your Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when submitting a booking request.
• You are responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup location on time.
• You must follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided by tour guides during the tour.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you and all members of your group are physically fit and suitably equipped for the chosen tour.

6. Limitation of Liability

Safarico takes all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and quality of our tours. However, outdoor activities carry inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Safarico shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in our tours.
• Safarico shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, or third-party actions.
• Our total liability for any claim related to a booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific tour.

We recommend that all participants hold appropriate travel insurance covering outdoor activities.
